It’s time again for our Product of the Month! Since it is Spring this month, we are showcasing our Hungarian Sausage, a beautifully smokey and savoury sausage that is perfect for grilling. We suggest scoring the top of your Hungarian Sausage diagonally before placing it on the grill – this will allow it to heat more quickly and evenly and prevent the casing from getting scorched while you wait for the centre to warm up. The deep cuts will also pull open as the sausage grills, allowing any toppings or condiments that you add to mingle more fully with the flavours of the meat. We’re quite proud of our Hungarian Sausage, and with good reason – this product was awarded with a silver in the 2013 Ontario’s Finest Meats Competition.
