What makes our products so tasty and unique?
All of our sausages are hand-linked, using natural casings and smoked with real hickory and maple – no artificial or chemical smoke. We don’t use any fillers like breadcrumbs, and our sausages never contain wheat, gluten, or soy. Our hams are full muscle cuts, tied with strings and smoked in the traditional way so that each one is a unique work of art. We avoid using extra preservatives in our products, keeping the chemicals minimal and the flavor and texture supreme while still making sure that you can feel confident that our products are going to be safe to eat. Our facility may be state-of-the-art, but we still follow traditional European recipes. You can tell that each of our products has been hand-crafted, as each one looks just a little different – we like to think that makes us a little different, too!

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our products, but although we are always looking to improve our website, we do not currently have online ordering available. We are always looking to bring our products to new areas, so if your local store is not carrying them yet, you can always ask them to contact us and we would be glad to speak to them!

We’re very excited to be offering our products in Hy-Vee stores all across the USA, but not every store can carry every product that we make (as much as we wish they could!). If there are any products that you would like to see in your local store, the best approach is to let the deli manager know that you are interested. If enough people ask for something, we are always glad to ship it out to them.

Can your smokes garlic sausages safe to eat from package or do they need to cooked?
Our Garlic Sausage -like all of our products – is cooked and smoked here in our facility and ready to eat right out of the package! It’s great cold or warm, as part of a charcuterie board or resting on a bun!
Just to let Americans know what great products you guys have. My favorite is the extra lean ham sausage . There is no one in the U.S. that can match this sausage. I get mine at Hy-Vee in Eagan Minnesota . I just dumped $50.00 on the sausage. I shared a ring at work and everyone went and bought it. Dont worry about the price. You are not buying a bunch of fat hidden in the coils like most vendors sell.The bacon is good and so are the long skinny 12 inch sausages.

Just got my second batch of chorizo sausages, I eat them thinly sliced with crackers and cheese or heated up in a pan with eggs, spices and some veggies. Even though is not the traditional chorizo I have bought in the past I’m hooked with this one, is less greasy and the subtle smokiness and taste in general is absolutely delicious.

Do you sell a mail order catalog? I would like to order your sausage as shown the “How It’s Made” television program. It looks very close to the Romanian sausage my grandfather used to make.
Hello, Robert! We were very happy to work with the people at “How It’s Made” on that episode – they are a great bunch of people. We do not offer our products through mail order directly right now, but our shelf-stable Sikorski products are sometimes sent through the Carnivore Club (https://carnivoreclub.co) and other online meat delivery services. Your best bet is always to ask at your local deli counter and see if they are wiling to help you – we ship to stores throughout Canada and the USA, so hopefully there is one near you!
